We’re not just telling people about gender bias, we’re showing them.

In this powerful, one-hour interactive talk participants will experience real-world scenarios of gender bias in action - everyday behaviours that take place in meetings, performance reviews, job interviews etc. We use these scenarios to encourage reflection on how these behaviours present in our own teams and then equip participants with practical tools they can use to address gender bias in the workplace.

• Recognise the behaviours that perpetuate bias. From nuanced language, to more overt stereotypes - once you see them, you can’t unsee them.

• Understand the significance and impact of addressing gender bias from both ethical and business viewpoints.
