Rachel originally trained as an actor and in 2016, started working in L&D. She soon realised that traditional training methods weren’t engaging learners. DEI training, especially was dull and becoming a tick-box exercise. Rachel started experimenting with using drama in training to create more empathy, understanding and awareness - in the same way as a piece of theatre.

Since then Rachel has adopted and refined this process focusing on lived experiences of bias in the workplace. Designing and delivering training for teams and leaders from charities to multinational companies. Using drama to help people address their biases, start meaningful conversations and create more equitable and inclusive workplaces.
