We’re hiring: Freelance Facilitators.

Squash run workshops using drama and storytelling to spotlight the reality of bias in the workplace and to help employees understand the role they play in driving inclusion. We create bespoke pieces of theatre based on the culture of an organisation and use these as Case Studies to start a discussion on how to recognise and respond to bias.

We are expanding our team and looking for brilliant freelance facilitators that are passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion. We’re looking for people who are experienced in delivering engaging, interactive training and facilitating meaningful discussion. Our workshops are mostly online but also in-person in the UK.
