Squash creates drama-based, interactive workshops that challenge bias and empower teams with practical tools for change. We bring to life workplace experiences in order to create the ‘aha’ moments that act as the catalyst for change - through showing, rather than telling.

Our unique learning approach has been workshopped and refined to create a framework that leads to lasting behaviour change:
