Let’s rewrite the script.
Squash use drama and storytelling to change the way people think about DEI. We bring to life, real workplace experiences in order to facilitate the honest, meaningful conversations that need to be had. Drama acts the catalyst for change - invoking emotion and motivating people to take action towards creating more inclusive, equitable cultures.
Our unique learning approach has been workshopped and refined to create a framework that leads to lasting behaviour change. Our drama-based workshops resonate with audiences and spark transformation through these three stages:
1. Recognise
We use drama to spotlight the reality of biases. The first step is recognising the problem from an objective viewpoint. Drama helps achieve this recognition, engages people’s hearts and acts as a catalyst for change.
2. Respond
Here we examine ways to challenge and respond to the problematic behaviours that are perpetuating inequality, equipping participants with the skills and behaviours to respond in real time.
3. Rethink
We understand the problem, why it’s happening and how to respond. Now for the most important stage: rethinking the future. Let’s rewrite the script together.
